Thank you for choosing Elizabeth-Anne as your wholesale supplier. As we have no minimum order quantity, we have structured a discount package based on order size for your advantage.

Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

Delivery/Discounts on the Mainland UK
1 day service.
•If the order is over £350 ( pre-VAT) we apply a £10 discount, reducing the shipping from £10 to free.
•If the order is over £150 ( pre-VAT) we apply a £3.50 discount, reducing the shipping from £10 to £6.50.

UK Delivery/Discounts : Northern Ireland & Highlands and Islands
2 day service. The £10 and £3.50 discount will be applied on top of the below rates subject to the same order limits.

Delivery/Discounts outside the mainland UK
When you initially place the order a shipping value of £0.00 will be added to the invoice, we will manually adjust this once the order is accepted to account for location/weight/size.

•If the order is over £150 we apply a £3.50 discount,

Price per box max 30kg (dimensions or real weight).We will always endeavour to pack as efficiently as possible and to use the most appropriate cartons to keep the shipping cost down to a minimum. We will always confirm shipping costs with you prior to requesting payment.

Customers are required to pay in full prior to delivery.

Orders will normally be shipped within one business day of confirmation of payment on the order. For the UK this means an order and payment received prior to noon will usually arrive the following working day. Orders placed and paid for before Friday noon will usually be delivered the following Monday. We use external courier companies and our collection time varies so orders picked and paid for before noon are guaranteed collection the same day.

Please note that the courier will give you an approximate delivery window. However, neither ourselves or the courier can guarantee this delivery slot. We will do everything possible to try and resolve any delayed packages with the couriers.

Where goods are "made-to-order", out of stock, or other delay occurs an expected delivery date will be given in the order confirmation. All parcels will be "signed for" delivery and will be attempted three times and a calling card left. If goods are not signed for, or incorrect delivery information is given and subsequently a delivery fail, then the delivery charge will still stand on the account even if the goods are returned to us.

Using your own courier/sending to shipping agents
Whilst we are happy for your own courier to collect from us, or to send to shipping agents.When this requires additional processing above our normal courier process e.g. size/weight/emails/phonecalls/storing separately/loading on separate van etc. A surcharge of £3.00 will be applied to the dispatch. Please note this does not apply to fulfilled by Amazon.

The prices shown are guidelines only. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this website, variations in manufacturing costs and availability may occur. Where products are unavailable or the actual order value differs significantly from what was originally shown, we will contact you prior to requesting payment. In these circumstances, the order confirmation will show the corrected prices.

Import Taxes -Including the EU from January 1st 2021
For delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be required to pay an import tax or duty upon delivery. In some countries, the customs agency may impose a tax/duty on imported goods, and the recipient (you) may be required to pay this tax/duty when the package is delivered.

The customer is responsible for paying any taxes or duties or customs clearance fees, and meeting any other import requirements imposed by the customs agency in their country.

If the recipient refuses to pay required import taxes/duties, the customs agency may prevent delivery and return or destroy the package, in which case the customer will not receive a full refund and may receive no refund based on the following:
1)For international orders denied entry or delivery by customs for any reason (including failure of the recipient to pay import duties/taxes) or refused by the recipient, the customer will not be refunded for the original shipping charge or for any charges assessed by the courier for return shipment to us. As such, no refund will be issued if the cost of return shipment exceeds the value of the product. If the value of the product exceeds the cost of return shipment, a partial refund for the difference will be issued once the product is returned.
2)If the customs agency destroys the package due to the recipient's failure to accept delivery or pay the required import duties/taxes, the value of the merchandise will also not be refunded to the customer. In this case, no refund will be issued.


The goods received may vary slightly in terms of colour and style to those depicted on the website. This is due to variations in manufacturing and will not be considered a valid reason for returning the goods. Please see the terms & conditions for more details.

The following damaged goods policy applies: All of our merchandise is inspected before it is placed for purchase. If merchandise is received damaged, contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment and we will either a)replace the merchandise, if in stock, b) offer a substitute, or c) give you an in house store credit to be used towards future purchases. Your invoice will indicate where to return your merchandise to. Please contact for an authorization of
and package the items in the original condition in which they were received.
We will discuss payment of returns P&P during the authorisation process. Please note that we will only ever refund postage up to the lower value of 2nd class Royal Mail non registered or myhermes equivalent. If you choose to send via first class or in an outsize parcel with extra insurance these additional costs above will not be refunded.

For returns for any other authorised reason please package the items in the original condition in which they were received, and ship back to us. If an order is lost during shipment it is the buyers responsibility. Return shipping on all items will be paid by the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Where goods are returned due to customer error in ordering a restock fee of £5 will be applied. If the goods returned are found not to be faulty a restock fee of £5 will also be applied. Please if the return value in these instances cause the original order to drop below a shipping discount threshold, this adjustment will also be made.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
